Welcome to Little Maggie’s Doggie Page

I loved looking at the sea!

But when I found out how wet it was!

I decided to just run on the beach until the rain came!

Then I got lovely and snuggly with my new dad in a nice warm towel.

 A New Heaven for me!

My name is Maggie, it may not always have been my name, but only I know that, and I can not say.    I have not always lived with Mr and Mrs Stenton. Just as they have not always been Mr and Mrs Stenton.

All that they do know, is that where they found me on one very bright May Bank Holiday Monday. And then came back to see me properly two days later, (thank goodness), at the Appledown Rescue Centre. (HTTP://appledown.co.uk) is what the Lady at Appedown could tell them.

And that is that I was found wandering the streets of nearby Dunstable. I was covered in fleas and much of my hair on my back had to be shaved!
John and Rachel took me for a walk around the field at the back of Appledown and half way around, John knelt down and looked it to my eyes, then the two of them seemed to just agree and I was no longer an orphan.

It was not long then, before I came to live in their house and it became my home too.

Little Maggie left this life  at home on the 5th of May 2022 at 5.30AM in Rachel and John’s arms.

“She had the kindest and Gentlest of little hearts, and we loved her so.”

She Died 11 years to the day That John and Rachel first met her at the Rescue centre in Bedfordshire.

“She looked down on Rachel and John and saw how unhappy they were and after 6 weeks on Rachels Birthday she sent them a knew friend Jai, who was found only a couple of days previously with his owner who had also died at home with Jai by his or her side.”

Maggie comes for the first time to her new Home!

Here I am meeting my New Mum properly for the first time!
